About Frederick: After graduation, Fred attended Concordia Colleges in River Forest, IL, and Seward, NE. With a degree in 1970, in Education, Mathematics, and Physical Education, he started teaching north of Evansville, Indiana; moving to Millington, Michigan; Dearborn, Michigan; Houston, Texas; and Decatur, Indiana.

After teaching for almost 20 years, he worked in the Automotive Industry until being laid off in 2009. In 2010, he moved back to Michigan and for the last 2 years has been retired and the Caregiver of his parents.

Fred married in 1973 to the mother of his 5 children, but divorced in 2008. He is the proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren with a 7th on the way.
